The MDX-650 and MDX-40 are the premiere machines for SRP prototyping. Precision Cad/Cam Systems, Inc. has developed a new and exciting feature for these amazing machines.

Our subplate/fixturing device (with a remachinable surface) can secure your milling material to the work surface quickly and efficiently, allowing for optimum milling capabilities.
The MDX-650 Package Includes: The MDX-40 Package Includes:
  • 17”x21”x3” Sub-Plate with 1/4-20 Heli-Coil
    tapped holes offset every 2“. Recessed approximately 3/8” from table top. Includes 6 bolt holes for attaching to current table.
  • 100 1”1/4 flat washers & 100 1/2” washers
  • 15: 1”1/2 bolts, 2” bolts , 1.5” bolts & 2.5“
    bolts, 4’ bolts & 25 3” bolts
  • 1 Complete clamping set
  • 12”x12”x1” Sub-Plate with 10-32 Heli-Coil
    tapped holes offset every 1.25“. Recessed
    approximately 1/4 from table top. 6 through holes for attaching to current table.
  • 100 1”1/4 flat washers & 100 1/2” washers
  • 15: 3/4” bolts, 1” bolts , 1.5” bolts & 2“ bolts
  • 6 Aluminum clamps with 10-2 Heal Tapped
    Holes.
